Katie's courage could be compared to a lion; she doesn't really think before acting sometimes which causes her to get into situations which easily could have been avoided. She doesn't feel fear easily and remains calm for the most part under alarming situations-she has been known to breakdown though which is scary to say the least. She has a strong sense of justice and she can't stand for anything else as her soft spot for the underdog every time. She tends to jump into the fray and think only once she has processed what she is doing. Her courage can also be compared to borderline stupidity since she doesn't really even consider her options at all as she takes the valiant, straightforward way. She has taken a couple too many punches since she tends to stand up to people who are much larger and aggressive then she is. Her small frame is great at moving fast. And despite her size she can throw a decent punch; a punch that has been used a little bit too much in the name in justice. JUDGEMENTAL - Although Katie hates to admit it, she can't help but give a person a once over and feel like she already knows them. She doesn't quite base her judgments on appearance alone; she isn't that shallow. Katie tends to notice small details as well as read body language; it gets to the point where it is almost creepy. Once she has categorized a person, she rarely changes her mind about how she feels about them, even when she should reconsider her judgment. She isn't even that great at judging people accurately since she is a little biased as she bases her opinions on first impressions. People usually think there is something wrong with her because she has already decided how she feels about a person before she has actually had a complete conversation. It leaves people she assumes she will dislike in a very awkward situation if they ever talk to Katie. BLUNT - She has tried the whole 'beating around the bush' thing in the past, but she has given up on trying to be subtle. She goes in for the kill; she isn't afraid to say a lot of things most people only think in their heads for fear of getting in trouble or being rude. She has gotten into trouble for being so blunt. But at the same time, she knows what she says is true which is why she has no problems saying the things she does. Katie tries to sugar coat things every once and a while, but she is still a little too blunt for most people’s tastes. Although most people avoid her, some people can appreciate the fact that she is straightforward. She sees through bullshit rather quickly and she isn't afraid to point it out. She doesn't really deal well with listening to other people beat around the bush; she might be a little bit too blunt. WITTY - It seems her mouth will be the downfall of her as it tends to get her into trouble a lot. Katie can't help but have a sarcastic tone as she doesn't deal well with people she has decided she won't like. She doesn't mean to give people her sass, but at the same time, it is a quality that people like about her since she can be quite funny with her wit. It is always very clear when she doesn't like something or someone since her wit is usually turned up around them. Despite her sarcastic tongue, she always does what she is told even if her displeasure is apparent. Mind you, she does tend to break the rules if she thinks she can get away without getting caught. It doesn't happen often, but she does get away with things mostly due to her sarcasm. STUBBORN - Once Katie has made up her mind it is hard to change it. It can be anything from stupidly small things like who pushed who, or rather serious debates over morals, even her own judgments on people are hard to change. She doesn't adapt well to change within herself since she is sure somehow she will screw things up, this can be related to her childhood but she doesn't really like to think about it. She is quick to adapt in changing situations since she analyzes things quickly which gives her an edge when it matters but she has trouble judging herself and her changes. She has a hard time determining what is natural and what isn't and due to that she tends to deny that she is changing when she is in doubt. Her own confidence helps hide this insecurity from others but her anger does tend to flair when she is being challenged. SECRETIVE - Katie is always on alert as she do not like to be weak. To show weakness to is show everyone your vulnerability. She prides herself in always being prepared since no one ever catches her off guard and weak. She has a lot to deal with but she keeps to herself when she feels it is appropriate since she knows some things are better left unsaid. She has no problems calling out other people which tends to lead to some heated arguments but she is quite secretive about her own affairs. She does it for herself since she can't stand other people knowing of her down falls and problems. She is independent and therefore must deal with these situations herself. She has been known to sneak off while no one if looking and cry in the bathroom to help get stuff off of her chest. CUNNING - Katie knows she must succeed, no matter how she gets there. She is by no means guilt free but she knows that she must do whatever she has to for her own future since she has nothing lined up for her. Most students around her know what they are doing with their lives and Katie is left pursing things she is talented with. She has no problem hindering another student if it means she is closer to her goal. As shallow as it sounds she does feel bad about doing these things, mind you it doesn't stop her from doing them again. She is smart and isn't afraid to do what must be done, she will not allow her own morality to stand it the way. INTELLIGENT - Katie is naturally talented with magic using her wand. She still needs to work very hard but she knows she is talented with her spell vocabulary as well as her quality of the spells she casts. She loves libraries but dislikes actually reading in them which is why she tends to go there to nap and not actually do her homework like she should. Her intelligence usually lead her to become cocky and over confident. She knows what she is doing but is to busy making fun of others to really understand her own potential. It isn't her fault she has more magical talent then her classmates. She enjoys practical subjects which is why she loves to use her wand. Her use of spells outside of class is a big reason as to why she has a better understanding in class. AMBITIOUS - Katie never settles for just doing okay. She must push herself until she has not only showed up people around her but also impress herself. Her very high standards of herself and those around her unrealistic to say the least, especially since she has so many flaws. She knows she has no real future, no matter how hard she fights it or how well she does she always ends up facing the same truth. She is too prideful to seek help or even seek out consultation of her future since she is so headstrong she has talked herself into the only future she knows. She can't be a waitress the rest of her life, she wishes to do something with her life instead of wasting away. The fact she isn't even strong enough to stop her blooding is proof that Katie is too weak to stand up for herself when it matters. Her ambitions are going to go to waste and instead of standing up for herself she is taking it out like a bitch on everyone else. TEMPERAMENTAL - Katie is known for having a fluctuating mood, usually resulting in anger for most of the time. Little things tend to set her off, and although her sarcasm can only go so far her ever changing mood does become apparent since she can go from having a conversation with someone to having screaming match. Katie has a habit of insulting people when she is angry, and her volume slowly increases as her anger does. Although she experiences a wide variety of moods she actually likes being angry sometimes since it gives her a way to channel her energy. Her sarcastic remarks become harsher and her wit becomes full blown sass. Although Katie may be a little unemotionally unstable she manages to be aware of these changes in her mood, and if she feels like it, she can kind of maintain herself to one general mood.
